0106 (1) Licensor observed Ms. Fadumo did not complete the additional trainings requirements of subsections (4 through 10) prior to working in an unsupervised capacity with children. 0106 (4, 5, 6, 7, 9) Licensor observed Ms. Fadumo completed the 20 hour training and had not completed the additional training requirements of subsections (4 through 10 prior to working in an upsupervised capacity with children.
